Born New York, NY – April 3, 1964
Lived in New York, Los Angeles, Argentina and Israel.
Currently living in Los Angeles, CA
Studied landscaping in Argentina and won first place award for interior design in the 1987 Spring Contest in Buenos Aires Moved to Israel to work as a news producer for the Mexico City-based Televisa network. Subsequently devoted himself full-time to the study of ceramics at the Jorge Karelik School of Ceramics in Tel Aviv.
Moved to Los Angeles in 1995. Taught ceramics to students of all levels (included to mentally disabled individuals for five years), gave workshops as a guest artist at seminars, created and sold thousands of pieces of ceramics and pottery. Has recently developed his own unique line of glazes (luster glazes), which he uses to create One-of-a-kind works of ceramic art.
Studied at the Beatrice Wood Studio in Ojai, CA (Seminar on Luster Glazes).
